Thank you so much for shopping with Zolae Beauty. We take pride in creating quality, handcrafted products and want you to feel confident every step of the way. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping and return policies.


🕓 Processing Time


All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


🚚 Shipping Details


We currently ship all orders via USPS within the United States.


Shipping options include:

USPS First Class Mail (for packages under 1lb)

USPS Priority Mail (for faster delivery on heavier orders)

Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.


📬 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $75.


❗ Shipping Issues

Once your package is scanned by USPS, Zolae Beauty is not responsiblefor delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, we recommend checking with your local USPS office first.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).


🔁 Return Policy

Due to the nature of our handmade, personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll be happy to make it right.
